When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Orioles had a 4-3 victory.
Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 22-year-old first baseman said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this."
A. Oliver flied out in the 1st, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, struck out in the 8th, singled in the 11th, singled in the 13th and hit a solo-shot off J. Navarro in the 15th.
So far this year Oliver is batting .329 with 11 home runs, 44 RBIs and 39 runs scored. | |
