Wednesday, August 27th, 1969: Aaron Collects Cycle
It was a special day at County Stadium II for Hank Aaron at the plate, not only did he contribute to the Brewers 8-6 win over the Astros, he hit for the cycle.

"Boy, Hank had a game, didn't he? It's a rare player that has the talent to hit for the cycle. It takes speed, power and maybe a little luck, too. You don't see this happen very often." the Milwaukee manager said.

Aaron went 4-4 on the day and had 5 runs batted in and 2 runs scored -- and he got his name in the record book, too.

H. Aaron hit an RBI triple in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, singled in the 5th and hit a three-run home run off L. Jaster in the 7th.

This year Aaron has hit at a .292 clip with 105 RBIs, 31 home runs and 73 runs scored.
