But when you put up numbers like his, you're going to get some notice. In August the Washington starter earned a 5-2 mark in 8 starts. He threw 61.2 innings, struck out 64 and compiled a solid 2.92 ERA. In the 1969 season Nolan has 21 wins and 10 losses and a 2.51 ERA. |
