The Indianapolis first baseman just broke into the majors this year and now the Kenesaw Mountain Landis League has just picked him as its top hitter for June. In 26 games last month, this outstanding rookie batted .439 with 10 home runs, 25 RBIs and 24 runs scored. Currently Solaita is hitting .404 and has collected 18 home runs, 58 RBIs and scored 53 times, while playing in 71 games. |
